Jewelry Trays: Reader Submissions

A few months ago I shared what I consider are the essential pieces to create a beautiful and useful jewelry display.  Many people submitted their own Life with a Dash of Whimsy inspired jewelry trays, and today I’m happy to share a few of my favorites with you!

I think this giraffe ring holder is so adorable!

This lovely tray belongs to my great friend Kady Hoffmaster (she was also my marathon running buddy in Hawaii).  Kady is a busy new mom to 9 month old Hudson, yet she still manages to find the time to take care of herself (she’s training for her first 1/2 marathon post-baby) and has created a lovely display for her jewelry.  I’m really loving her chunky pearl necklace!

My mother, the lovely Patty Pulliam, sent me these photos of her jewelry tray.  I love how she uses the pillars as a place to display her necklaces!  And I think it’s great how she added a gorgeous baby hydrangea from her garden.  I’m not surprised at all that her tray is so pretty.  She’s been my biggest source of inspiration when it comes to prettying things up and making a house nice and homey.  I learned all my decorating tricks from her 🙂

This pretty tray belongs to Cristina Wohadlo from Texas.  I think her little bridge ring holder is so fun!

Now if you haven’t yet been motivated to create your own jewelry tray, I hope you’re inspired now!  It’s such an easy thing to do that has a beautiful impact on your bathroom counter or dresser.  Plus it helps you keep organized and you’re easily able to find your favorite pieces.

As always, if you’ve been inspired by my posts, I’d love to see what you’ve created.  Whether it’s a bulletin board, a jewelry tray, or anything else, please share your whimsical creations, and I may even share them on the blog!
