I love wearing boots in the winter, and thought I had all the boots I needed until Larroudé sent me a pair of the Kate Boots in Ivory Leather. Truthfully, I never though I’d wear white or ivory boots because they are a little over the top, but it turns out that ivory boots are the perfect option for outfits when black or brown boots don’t necessarily make sense, or your brown boots don’t perfectly match the brown piece of clothing you’re wearing. Today I wanted to share a review of Larroude’s Kate Boots, so keep reading for my thoughts, as well as a few ways I’ve worn them recently.

I recently wore Larroudé’s Kate Boots in ivory for Thanksgiving (the photos above with the vintage coat and brown dress) and they looked so chic with my brown dress and vintage coat. And then I wore these knee-high white boots to church just 3 days later, with this fun plaid and block print Christmas dress from Print Fresh (as seen below, size down in this dress). These boots are so chic and way more versatile than I’d expected.
How do Larroude Shoes Fit?
I’m a true size 8 and have an 8 in the Kate boots. I’d say they run tts with a little bit of room to spare. These boots feel best for me if I wear thicker socks, like my go-to wool socks from Amazon. The pointed toe is incredibly chic and works well with a medium foot. I also own the Cindy High Boots and the Blair Ballet Flats and both run true to size as well.
Larroude Shoes Comfort
Despite the 3.8″ stiletto heel, the Kate Boots are incredibly comfortable! Of course, they are a tad tricker to walk in than a block heel, but they are totally doable for extended periods of time and even if you’re with children. They are pull on boots with no zipper, but due to the slightly relaxed fit of the shaft they are easy to take on an off. All Larroudé shoes are made with a comfortable memory foam insole.

The Kate Boots are handmade in Brazil of kid leather. They have a finely crafted leather sole that is durable and comfortable. (Be sure to remove the plastic film on the sole of the shoe prior to wearing!)
