There are a number of really amazing perks to living in Hawaii, and an unexpected one is that it’s got to be the least preppy state in the US. I normally stick out like a sore thumb in my preppy, classic clothes, but this worked to my advantage today during the Vineyard Vines for Target launch, because I went to my local Target and there were only a few of us waiting to see what Vineyard Vines had in store for us! I managed to get so many cute things (ok, too many) including lots of coordinated outfits for the whole family. (Y’all know I can’t resist.) I got a bunch of requests on Instagram to share what I found, so here are some of my favorites. Did you shop the Vineyard Vines for Target launch today? I’ve heard it was a madhouse most places and online so I’d love to hear what you snagged! And if you weren’t able to get anything, just remember that people only have 14 days to make returns, and they probably grabbed some things that probably didn’t fit once they got home. I got most of my Lilly for Target items by combing returns during that 14 day window (I seriously stalked every Target in my area like a vulture almost daily) and I was able to get a bunch of stuff! So without further ado, here are some things I snagged from the Vineyard Vines for Target Collaboration!
Vineyard Vines for Target Haul
Everything I got was size small, except for the swimsuits, which I sized up to a medium in because they ran a bit small in my opinion. The whale rash guard and the red and blue floral and whale romper are both girls’ size 14-16.
Most of the things I got for Jack are a bit big, but that was intentional. I sized up because I know they’ll fit him once we move back to the mainland next year (where things are a bit preppier).
Believe it or not, there was still a ton left at my Target when I left. I was tempted by the cute wagon with a whale on it and the beach towels, but I resisted!
You found lots of great stuff! I wanted to check out the clothes, but those were completely gone when I went.
