1. Is your decor a snore?– Article published today in the Washington Post Express…that I’m briefly featured in! I definitely still love my gallery wall and faux taxidermy (which they listed as “tired” decor), but it was pretty neat to see my name in the newspaper that everyone was reading on the Metro today.
3. Table decorated for a party– I’m helping a friend decorate for a party she’s throwing tomorrow so I’ve been browsing table decorating ideas. Love the combination of gold and white plates with pretty pink flowers on this table featured on Style me Pretty.
4. Caitlin Wilson rugs– I adore all of the fabric and patterns that Caitlin Wilson Textiles creates, and I just discovered that they now make rugs. How cool are these beauties? May have to snag the black or coral spotted one once I have a bigger place.
I’m reallllllly looking forward to the weekend, and I’m hopeful that we will finally start with experiencing some nice, warm, sunny spring weather! This weekend I have all sorts of not-so-exciting or glamorous plans: shop for food because my fridge is empty, run because I have a half marathon next Saturday and have run a whopping 10 miles in the past two weeks, clean out my closet and organize my apartment, and work on some blog posts! Anybody else have anything more exciting planned? Happy weekend everyone!

I'm looking forward to checking out these links. For excitement this weekend, I want to hit the Hampton Tattoo Convention tomorrow!! 😉
Garage cleaning??? For several reasons…..the exciting reason to receive the furniture I recently bought in Belgium. The less exciting reason….PCS! All this after the husband runs 20 in prep for the London marathon in April. Sigh….
I liked the WP article. I still love gallery walls and think they are a classic!
Thanks! I still love gallery walls too 🙂
