I’ve had a jute rug in my living room for a while now. I really like it, but I wanted to soften up the look a bit. It fit well under my dining room table in Hawaii, but it’s not looking so great in my living room in D.C. I’ve had my eye on a cowhide rug for a while now, and finally got to purchase one recently at Ikea. I decided to layer it over my jute rug, and while I really like the look of them together…the jute rug is just too small and not fun enough! I have a rug in mind, so stay tuned to see how this turns out!
